Holds a Bachelor in Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Puerto Rico Polytechnic University. Mr. Lockwood has over 8 years of experience as Mechanical Consultant and over 5 years of experience in HVAC Applied Sales. He had the opportunity to receive extensive on-the-job training (as well as dedicated) in areas such as load estimating, duct design, piping design, equipment selection, troubleshooting, application engineering, heat recovery enthalpy wheels, desuperheaters, control valves, DDC controls, fume hoods controls, A/C equipment, installation and troubleshooting. He is an active member of ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA and ASPE. He has been in the design build business since 1998 and has extensive experience in Electrical and Mechanical Infrastructure for new and remodeling projects. He currently perform as Contract and Project Manager for the Firm.
