Baldwin School of Puerto Rico decided to expand its existing facilities with the construction of a new building that will house learning spaces for science, technology, math and language. The building known as the Innovation Center will improve and expand upon of existing classroom offer to the Middle Upper School serving the current and future needs of the existing student body. Juncos is carrying out this important project that consists of a two (2) story building of approximate area of 16,400 square feet. It is being built with a structural system of cast-in-place reinforced concrete beams and columns and post-tensioned steel ribbed high density EPS decking for the floor and roof slabs. The building has two stairs and an elevator; all with access to the roof level.
