It was a delight to work on this 4,5000 sq ft luxury residence in Guaynabo, PR, designed and built to suit both the needs of the residents and the specific needs of the site. Our scope of work included complete general contracting services (engineering, concrete, and construction), mechanical (electrical, plumbing and HVAC), and finishing work – including luxury custom millworks (by JL Woodworks).
